Forever Changed
Lie after lie I listen contently,
music to my ears I think,
caught up and not knowing it,
total bliss surrounds me. Further
falling where I can't escape,
listen to yourself for once.
Too dramatic...but yet you
"really care"...a LIE! A fire
burns inside me, one you could
never know. Burning and
torturing my soul, killing
what makes me human.
Pretend for a while...but
pretending will get you no
where. Hate is coming, and its
stronger than any living thing.
Rain down upon me with your
words as I summon my
demons, coming from deep
within where my heart
once was. Change you
say I need...well I will
be forever changed...
